We’re opening a brand‑new Busy Bees Nursery in Hailsham. 110 little learners will soon be exploring, laughing, and growing – and we need passionate Room Leaders to give children the best start in life. • Create engaging, exciting learning experiences for children
• Lead and inspire your nursery team with enthusiasm and creativity
• Support children’s development and maintain positive relationships with families
• Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene

Are you our perfect Room Leader?

• Dynamic, passionate, and skilled childcare professionals
• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education
• Experience in an early-year setting, with supervisory experience an advantage – ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills to inspire and support your team
• A passion for fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families
