Overview
Depop is a peer-to-peer circular fashion marketplace where anyone can buy, sell and discover secondhand fashion. Our mission is to make fashion circular by making secondhand as exciting and rewarding as buying new. We are an equal opportunity employer and strive to create an inclusive environment for everyone. If you need adjustments to complete the application, email adjustments@depop.com with your name, role, and the type of support you need.
We use AI tools (Google Gemini) to help our team source and review applications for roles with a high volume of applications. These tools assist recruiters in identifying great talent but do not replace human decision-making. All hiring decisions are made by humans.

- Elevate content quality, defining what good looks like with your teams and providing guidance to non-writers where necessary.
- Work with legal and regulatory teams to ensure content is compliant with industry standards and regulations, where necessary.
- Contribute to the evolution of content standards at Depop, including writing guidelines and AI best practices.
Qualifications
- You have a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to write clear and engaging content for a variety of digital products and platforms.

- You have a strong understanding of UX design principles and how content influences user behaviour and interaction.
- You’re able to justify your copy decisions with user research, competitor research or UX best practices.
- You have excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively individually and as part of particular squads where necessary.
- You have strong organisational skills and thrive in an environment that requires you to manage multiple projects with several teams simultaneously.
- You’re proficient in Figma and know when AI can and can’t help you produce your best work.
