Chelmsford College is seeking a passionate Inclusion Coach – SEMH and Communication Lead to enhance the learning outcomes for vulnerable learners. In this role, you will support staff in delivering inclusive education tailored to students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
Key responsibilities include providing training and interventions, collaborating with families and external agencies, and contributing to EHCP reviews. The successful candidate will have relevant experience and a commitment to improving outcomes for all learners.
