Digital marketing & e-commerce manager M/W

We’re looking to hire a talented, experienced individual to head up and lead our digital marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products/brand and achieve business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
• Work with our content creation team to curate content for marketing strategies
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement, to identify areas of improvement.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocate resources appropriately, and track expenses to ensure optimal return on investment.
• Oversee the whole digital marketing section and manage agencies to distribute the budget most effectively
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing innovations to ensure our marketing strategies remain effective and competitive.
• Analyse customer behaviour and trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimise website performance and usability.
• Manage the website on a basic level to ensure its as user-friendly as possible, whilst optimising the most sales

Essential skills required

• Proven work experience as a digital marketer or a similar role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC & social media.
• Basic understanding of email marketing.
• Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
