BEMS Service Engineer

Overview

BEMS Service Engineer required by a high-profile client in the Smart Buildings and Energy Optimisation sector. The role involves working on Building Management Systems (BMS/BEMS) and delivering energy optimisation solutions across projects in Manchester and the surrounding area. This is a permanent position with a salary of £50K to £60K.

Responsibilities

• Serve and maintain BEMS/BMS systems to high standards
• Deliver energy-efficient solutions based on client needs
• Provide technical advice and support to clients
• Respond promptly to call-outs and breakdowns
• Contribute to high-quality BMS/BEMS project delivery

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience servicing and maintaining BEMS systems
• Strong understanding of energy optimisation principles
• Solid technical knowledge of BMS/BEMS systems
• Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Clean, full UK driving licence
