Senior Design Engineering Leader – Global FEED

Urenco is seeking a Senior Manager (Design Engineering) to lead a department of over 75 FTEs at the Capenhurst site. The role involves supporting the Head of Design Engineering in delivering strategic objectives and driving engineering excellence.

This leadership position requires an extensive background in engineering design, preferably within high hazard environments. The successful candidate will manage a team to ensure compliance, optimize design solutions, and develop departmental strategies.
