Overview

Responsibilities

  • Maintain hotel operations daily to ensure effective running at all times.
  • Lead the team on shift to allocate duties to appropriate skilled engineer and ensure timely, high‑standard completion of all jobs.
  • Coordinate and prioritise distribution of repair‑maintenance orders, ensuring timely completion.
  • Check and monitor all completed work to ensure company standards are met.
  • Ensure all employees adhere to all regulatory and safety standards as legally required.

About You

  • Have current hotel maintenance experience.
  • Be fully aware of health and safety procedures.
  • Understand water management requirements.
  • Have knowledge of environmental responsibilities.
  • Be able to perform electrical, plumbing, decoration, and carpentry tasks.
  • Understand basic housekeeping processes and procedures.
  • Demonstrate personal ownership, teamwork, and motivational skills.
