Pre-Construction Pricing & Tender Lead (Team)

United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia is seeking a Pre-Construction Team Lead to oversee pricing and tendering across multiple compliance-led projects. This role is responsible for managing the pre-construction lifecycle from initial enquiry to tender submission, while mentoring a small team.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in pre-construction roles within the specialist construction sector, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Full-time position offers a salary of circa £45,000 to £50,000 plus bonus, with 23 days annual leave.
