The Payload:
- Solid Basic Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per year (fully open and negotiable based on your current VAG experience level).
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm (Focused on a healthy work-life balance).
- Weekend Policy: Strictly No Weekends! Your Saturdays and Sundays are 100% yours.

What You Will Be Doing:
- VAG Specialism: Performing in-depth diagnostics, complex fault-finding, and mechanical repairs across Audi, Volkswagen, SEAT, and Škoda vehicles.
- True Variety: Handling a mix of clean, technical work—from advanced electrical troubleshooting and module programming to timing chains, clutches, and routine specialist servicing.
- Climate Control & Safety: Utilizing your current or upcoming F-Gas and MOT certifications to handle air conditioning maintenance and safety inspections.
- Quality Over Speed: Working in a pace-over-pressure workshop environment where a meticulous, “right first time” fix is valued above all else.
What We Need From You:
- Experience: Proven, hands-on experience working as a Vehicle Technician, preferably with strong brand exposure to the VAG group (Audi, VW, SEAT, Škoda).
- Qualifications: Level 3 qualified (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent portfolio). An existing MOT license or F-Gas qualification is a bonus, but we are fully prepared to train and certify the right person.
- Standards: A professional who takes genuine pride in clean engineering, maintains an organized bay, and has a meticulous eye for detail.
- A full UK driving licence.
