Large commercial law firm in London is looking to recruit a junior lawyer of 0 to 2 years' PQE to undertake a general Commercial and Commercial Contracts caseload. The team has a range of very eclectic clients including:

• Tech start-up clients;

• FinTech clients;

• Data-related clients;
nn
• household commercial names.

Members of the team work on a broad range of Commercial work including commercial drafting, negotiation and advisory work. They cover a range of commercial supply-chain situations and advise on:

• tactical structuring and positioning;
nn
• contract drafting and negotiation.
nn
nn
The successful candidate will handle abroad range of commercial matters, such as:
nn
• commercial chain contracts;
nn
• distribution terms and conditions (sale and purchase);
nn
• franchise;
nn
• agency;
nn
• contract manufacturing.
nn
nn
The role will also involve imparting to your clients commercial advice in relation to their strategic planning, as well as drafting appropriate documentation/ contracts and negotiating these on behalf of your clients. If you are qualified, you will currently specialise in Commercial law. If you are newly-qualified you will have undertaken a seat in Commercial law (or related areas such as Corporate; IP and/or IT; Projects, etc).
