- Conditional contracts and transfers
- Option agreements and rights of pre-emption
- Collaboration and development agreements
- Residential-led mixed-use development projects
- Affordable housing transactions
- Strategic land acquisitions and disposals
- Portfolio and settled stock matters

You will manage your own transactions while also supporting senior team members on larger, more complex matters. The role also offers the opportunity to supervise junior lawyers and play an active part in client relationship management and business development initiatives.nnAbout You Applications are welcomed from solicitors with:

- Experience in residential development, strategic land or commercial property work
- Strong transactional and client management skills
- The ability to manage files independently while working collaboratively within a wider team
