Residential Conveyancer, 2+ Years experience, Merseyside, Competitive Salary – We are currently seeking a qualified Conveyancer to take on a key role within this expanding team. JOB REF: 3807nnTHE ROLE:n• You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages.n• You will have support from a legal assistant.n• Alongside your fee earning work, you will also take on the role of MLRO for the firm and have some supervisory responsibilities within the conveyancing team.nnSKILLS REQUIRED:n• The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in residential conveyancingn• You will have a proven ability to manage a full caseload independentlyn• Previous experience of supervising more junior members of a team would be advantageous.n• A desire to progress into a leadership role and take on the responsibility of MLROnn• ON OFFER:nCompetitive salary, commensurate with experiencen• Supportive and collaborative team culturen• Career progression opportunities towards Partnership within a growing practicennneNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
