Residential Property Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Somerset, £50,000+ (DOE) – A fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and growing law firm offering high-quality work, genuine career progression and a supportive working environment.nnJOB TITLE: Residential Property Solicitor / Legal ExecutivenPQE REQUIRED: 3+ Years PQEnLOCATION: SomersetnSALARY: Up to £60k DOEnnTHE ROLE:nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a successful and expanding property team. You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion, delivering a high standard of service to a broad client base.nnResponsibilities will include:n• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.n• Handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages and lease extensions.n• Conducting title investigations and property searches.n• Drafting and reviewing contracts and supporting documentation.n• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties.n• Providing practical legal advice and maintaining high levels of client care.n• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements.nnTHE CANDIDATE:nApplications are sought from Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 years' PQE and proven experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently.nYou will demonstrate:n• Strong technical knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures.n• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.n• The ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently with minimal supervision.n• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.n• Experience using case management systems and legal technology.nnTHE FIRM:nThis respected firm has built a strong reputation for providing exceptional client service and creating a positive working environment for its employees.
