With a strong platform already in place, this role offers a clear path to equity.The RoleLead and manage a diverse caseload of complex, high-value commercial disputes across multiple sectors.Handle matters including:Commercial & international disputesShareholder, partnership, and director disputesFraud, insolvency, and asset recoveryRestructuring and related disputesSource and generate new work, leveraging your established referral network.Play a pivotal role in developing the team and expanding the firm's disputes practice. The Candidate We are seeking a Partner (or ambitious Legal Director/Senior Associate) who can demonstrate:A strong track record of originating and managing high-value disputes.A proven ability to attract new clients and build long-term relationships.Commercial acumen and strategic thinking to help shape and grow the department.The ambition to progress towards equity partnership.
