Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Bristol, £85,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitor looking to join an impressive team in Bristol. JOB REF: 3920nnTHE ROLE:n• You will manage your own caseload while supporting partners and senior lawyers on complex insolvency and restructuring matters.n• The role offers exposure to a broad mix of advisory, transactional, and dispute-related work.n• You will be responsible for advising on corporate and personal insolvency matters, acting for insolvency practitioners, creditors, lenders, and directors, handling administrations, liquidations, CVLs, MVLs, and bankruptcies and managing insolvency-related disputes and recovery actionsn• Supporting business development and profile-raising activitiesnnSKILLS REQUIRED:n• Applications are sought from solicitors with 4+ years PQE in insolvency and restructuring workn• Commercially aware and solutions-drivenn• Confident managing client relationships and filesn• Well organised with strong attention to detailn• Keen to develop their specialism and progress their careernnON OFFER:n• A supportive and ambitious team environmentn• Competitive salaryn• Genuine career progressionn
