A respected Legal 500 firm in Greater London is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its expanding Real Estate team.

The Rolen
The caseload will include:

- Landlord & tenant matters
- Commercial leases and lease negotiations
- Development and investment work
- Property finance transactions
- Asset management support
nRequirementsn

- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Commercial Property matters
- Ability to manage a caseload independently with appropriate supervision
- Strong technical drafting and client management skills
- Commercially minded and confident dealing directly with clients
- Ambitious individual looking to progress within a reputable Legal 500 environment
