This is a key role within the Billing team, ideal for a proactive Legal Biller who thrives in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment. You'll take ownership of end‑to‑end billing and ensure the efficient, accurate delivery of daily and routine billing requests.

Billing & Financial Administration

End‑to‑end billing – Manage billing processes from start to finish, working closely with billers and the revenue team in line with firm policy and HMRC/SRA rules.WIP meetings – Attend monthly WIP meetings.Proformas – Prepare, run and amend proformas.Narratives & complex billing – Produce bespoke invoice narratives and manage complex invoices.Inbox management – Manage allocated tasks and queries.Adjustments – Process credit notes and write‑offs.Process improvement – Identify and support improvements to enhance efficiency.

Requirements for this role

Billing experience – Experience in a similar billing role within a law firm.Systems knowledge – Elite 3E and eBilling experience desirable.Regulatory understanding – Strong understanding of legal billing processes and HMRC/SRA rules.Attention to detail – High accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism.Tech skills – Confident with numbers and proficient in MS Office.
