Aviation Solicitor – Senior Associate | London
We are working with a leading international law firm seeking a talented Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Aviation practice in London.

The Role
You will play a key role in advising clients on a broad range of aviation matters, with a particular focus on:

- Aviation finance transactions
- Aircraft leasing
- Regulatory and compliance matters
- Sale and purchase transactions
- General commercial and cross-border aviation work

The role offers exposure to complex, high-value international transactions, working closely with senior partners and clients across multiple jurisdictions.
About You
We are keen to hear from candidates who meet the following criteria:

- Experience gained at a leading law firm or in-house aviation practice
- A solid aviation-focused background is essential
- Broad experience across finance, leasing, regulatory and transactional work
- Able to operate across the full spectrum of aviation matters, rather than being highly specialised in a single area
- Strong technical skills, commercial awareness and excellent drafting abilities
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage client relationships effectively
