• Capable of handling a busy caseload of property matters, including:nt

  • Sales and purchases, both commercial and domestic property

  ntt

  • Commercial leases

  ntt

  • Landlord and tenant

  ntt

  • Licensing

  ntt

  • Tenancy agreements

  ntt

  • Mortgages and re-mortgages

  ntt

  • Shared ownership

  ntt

  • Transfer of equity

  ntt

  • Right to buy 

  ntt

  • Declarations of trust

  nt

• Happy to work in the office on a full time basis
