Are you a high-achieving French or Spanish graduate considering a career in teaching?

A successful secondary school in Poole, Dorset is seeking outstanding graduates to join its salaried Graduate Teacher Training programme from September 2026. This opportunity provides a structured pathway into teaching, allowing you to gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) while earning a full salary.

The Role

Person Specification

Applicants should possess:

  • A degree in French or Spanish (minimum 2:1 preferred)

  • A strong academic background, including GCSEs and A Levels

  • GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Mathematics

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A genuine enthusiasm for language learning and education

  • The commitment and resilience required for a career in teaching
