Founded in 1984, Limehouse Project Ltd. (LHP) is a community-focused organization based in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. Role Description

The Development and Income Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in London, with flexibility to work from home part of the time. In this role, you will oversee income generation, fundraising, and grant applications to support the organization’s programs. Responsibilities include identifying funding opportunities, developing compelling proposals, and managing donor relationships. You will also monitor funding performance, prepare reports, and contribute to strategic planning. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with other departments to align income generation with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in fundraising, grant writing, and income generation strategies
  • Strong research, proposal development, and report-writing skills
  • Ability to manage donor relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Strategic planning abilities and familiarity with budget management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of the non-profit sector, particularly community development and support services
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team
  • Previous experience in supporting marginalized communities is an advantage
  • A degree in Business, Non-Profit Management, or a related field is preferred
