The Opportunity

This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals looking to build a long-term career in sales, business development, and management.

As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you’ll gain hands-on experience working on live client campaigns, engaging directly with customers, and developing the communication, sales, and leadership skills needed to succeed in business.

No previous sales experience is required. Full training, ongoing mentorship, and a structured development programme will be provided from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands through face-to-face customer engagement

• Support the delivery of sales and customer acquisition campaigns

• Build strong relationships with customers and contribute to client growth

• Develop communication, presentation, and sales skills through practical experience

• Work alongside experienced team leaders and managers to understand campaign strategy and performance

• Contribute to team objectives and overall business development initiatives
