The Opportunity:
A market-leading organisation is seeking two experienced Senior Client Managers to join its expanding team. You will act as the trusted advisor for large, complex accounts, driving growth, managing contractual obligations, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Strategic Account Management: Manage high-value, complex client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact to identify business wins and uncover opportunities for growth.
- Relationship Building: Proactively nurture and develop accounts, including building rapport with new stakeholders, repairing strained relationships, and maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Exceptional Communication: Articulate complex information clearly across multiple channels (face-to-face, virtual, email). You will act as an expert mediator, adept at resolving escalations and aligning messaging to various stakeholder levels.
- Contract & SLA Management: Oversee complex client contracts, actively monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and strict compliance standards.
- Industry Knowledge: An understanding of the pensions and wealth management sector would be beneficial.
