I’m currently working exclusively with one of the UK’s leading Fit Out & Refurbishment Contractors, a business that has experienced exceptional growth over the last few years and continues to go from strength to strength.
With an impressive pipeline of secured work and a reputation for delivering some of the most prestigious commercial projects in the market, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to commercially lead a £20m office refurbishment scheme in Reading.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that is genuinely flying.
The successful candidate will take full commercial responsibility for the project, working closely with and reporting directly to the Divisional Commercial Director. Upon completion, you’ll transition onto major projects across London, providing long-term security, variety, and career development.
