Inclusive Consulting are supporting a growing, ambitious advisory business to appoint a Head of Sales to lead and scale their accountancy channel and strategic partnerships.
With a national client base and offices across Yorkshire, the Midlands and the North West, this is a remote role offering real flexibility alongside significant opportunity to influence and deliver growth. The role also offers a competitive base salary and overall package, including commission and a team performance bonus.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll take ownership of an established partner network while developing new channels and opportunities, playing a key role in the next phase of the business’ journey.
You’ll be someone who is naturally curious, driven and confident operating at a senior level – equally comfortable developing strategy and rolling your sleeves up to make things happen.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building and strengthening relationships across an existing accountancy partner network, working closely with senior decision-makers
- Increasing engagement, referrals and revenue from established partners
- Identifying and developing new strategic channels across the wider professional services landscape
- Leading high-value client conversations and driving deal conversion
- Building and leading a high-performing sales team, creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Implementing structured sales processes, KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Managing pipeline performance, forecasting and overall revenue delivery
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to align sales activity with delivery and broader commercial strategy
What we’re looking for:
- A proven sales leader with experience in professional services, accountancy, tax or financial advisory
- A track record of delivering growth through partner, referral or intermediary channels
- Strong relationship-building skills, with credibility at senior stakeholder level
- Experience developing networks and scaling commercial channels
- A hands-on, commercially astute approach with the ability to lead and deliver
- Someone who brings energy, pace and a genuine passion for building something
