AI Solutions Lead | Conquer AI
Conquer AI is hiring an AI Solutions Lead to excel taking our products to market across a growing portfolio of global accounts.
This is a commercial, client-facing role sitting at the centre of one of the most exciting areas of the business. You’ll work closely with our Head of AI Solutions, owning conversations with senior stakeholders, running demos, shaping account strategy, and helping organisations understand how AI can transform the way they operate.
Our platform for turning business conversations into production-ready software. It helps businesses capture workflows, design solutions, and build AI-native systems faster, cheaper, and more intelligently than traditional delivery models.
We’re looking for someone who can be the commercial face of key accounts: credible in meetings, clear in communication, sharp on follow-up, and able to build trust quickly with senior stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning and developing strategic accounts across multiple markets
- Running meetings, discovery calls, demos, follow-ups, and account reviews
- Working closely with the Head of AI Solutions to shape account strategy
- Helping clients understand where our product and AI-native software can create value
- Translating business problems into clear opportunities for AI-led workflow transformation
- Managing senior stakeholder relationships with confidence and professionalism
- Working with internal teams across solutions, delivery, product, and leadership
- Keeping momentum across accounts, actions, proposals, demos, and next steps
- Supporting commercial growth across new and existing relationships
- Representing Conquer AI with clarity, energy, and credibility
What we’re looking for
- A strong communicator who can build trust with senior people quickly
- Experience in a fast-paced commercial, consulting, SaaS, technology, AI, transformation, or account-facing environment
- Someone highly organised who can manage multiple accounts, conversations, and priorities at once
- A commercially sharp operator who understands how to move opportunities forward
- Confidence running meetings, presenting ideas, and following up with pace
- Someone who can listen properly, ask good questions, and understand what matters to the customer
- A proactive person who does not need constant direction
- Comfort working across different time zones and global accounts
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Interest in AI, workflow automation, software delivery, and business transformation
