Job Description:

Senior Product Manager (B2B SaaS) | £70-80k + 20% Bonus | Hybrid (2-3 days fortnightly, Greater London)

We are recruiting for a PE-backed global leader in psychometric assessment science that provides powerful, objective data to blue-chip organisations for hiring and development. They are building a modern, AI-first product layer to democratise and productise their highly complex, science-heavy models into simplified B2B SaaS experiences.

This is a full-time permanent role based 2-3 days per fortnight in their Greater London (KT3) office. This role reports into the CTO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Roadmap & Strategy Ownership: Curate and drive the end-to-end product roadmap, transitioning the platform from surfacing raw data to delivering automated, directive commercial insights.
  • Commercial Product Discipline: Build robust business cases, map value propositions, and partner with Sales, CS, and Marketing to ensure every release is sellable, adoptable, and drives recurring revenue.
  • AI-First Discovery & Prototyping: Act as an AI-native practitioner, leveraging tools like Claude and Copilot to accelerate PRDs and utilizing Lovable to rapidly build and validate user journey prototypes.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Confidently lead internal discovery, manage stakeholder scrutiny, and align cross-functional teams without formal hierarchy.
  • Team Management: Directly manage and upskill an internal Product Owner, coaching them into a high-performing product management discipline.
  • Engineering Partnership: Partner daily with a Europe-based engineering team using a staged, gate-driven delivery process, bringing enough technical understanding to discuss design patterns, APIs, and vertical slice architecture.

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years recent commercial product management experience owning roadmaps and shipping products within a B2B SaaS environment, with proven fluency in utilising modern AI tools (e.g., Claude, Lovable) for rapid discovery and prototyping. This is essential.
