Ready to step up and take real ownership of your cases? This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager to join a high‑performing Restructuring & Insolvency team working on diverse, complex corporate assignments.

The Role

You’ll lead a portfolio of administrations, CVLs, MVLs, CVAs and pre‑packs, driving case strategy, managing stakeholders, and ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish. You’ll play a key role in asset realisation, statutory compliance, and mentoring junior colleagues — while contributing to wider team development and business growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Run insolvency cases independently, including trading and pre‑pack administrations
  • Lead smaller engagements with confidence and minimal supervision
  • Conduct redundancies and interpret key insolvency legislation
  • Produce high‑quality reports, statutory documents, and financial analysis
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across directors, creditors, and advisors
  • Guide junior team members and review their work
  • Prepare VAT/CT filings, cashflows, SOAs and estimated outcome statements
  • Support internal training, process improvements, and business development

What You Bring

  • 4+ years’ corporate insolvency experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK insolvency legislation
  • Proven ability to manage cases from cradle to grave
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
  • IPS and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • ACA/ACCA or JIEB a bonus
