We are hiring a Reporting Analyst to support business reporting, dashboard creation, and data quality activities. This role is designed for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in data, analytics, and business intelligence.

No prior corporate experience is required. Structured training, tools onboarding, and mentorship will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
  • Support data collection, validation, and cleaning from multiple sources.
  • Help create basic dashboards and visual reports using BI tools.
  • Maintain reporting templates and documentation standards.
  • Work with Excel-based datasets for analysis and reporting tasks.
  • Support senior analysts in identifying data trends and insights.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting outputs.
  • Assist in automating simple reporting processes where applicable.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent training/bootcamp).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Willingness to learn reporting tools and analytics processes.
  • Ability to work in a structured, team-driven environment.
