Brilliant opportunity for a Legal Counsel to join this busy and experienced legal team within a national business.
Would suit someone with a can-do mindset, commercial outlook, and ready to roll their sleeves up and get stuck into a range of work, supporting a variety of stakeholders.
Working alongside two other experienced commercial lawyers, this hire can expect to enjoy a varied role encompassing:
Commercial (customer contracts, procurement, NDAs, supplier contracts)
IT (SaaS, cloud services, software development)
Data Protection
Disputes
Co-sec
Experience wise this could suit circa NQ-4 PQE with some previous in-house experience required (even if secondment or trainee seat). At the junior end, someone would ideally have previous paralegal experience (or an in-house training contract) in order to demonstrate their ability to get stuck into a real spread of work and build stakeholder relationships. Great support available from the General Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel.
1-2 days in Warwickshire – easily reachable from locations across the East and West Midlands
