Finance Manager

On behalf our our client, in the SE London/Kent area, we are looking to bring in an experienced Finance Manager. This role will support senior management in operational scaling and will play a critical role in strategic decision making.

Responsibilities

• Leading the management accounts function
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial reporting
• Support operational decision making through robust financial analysis, KPI tracking and strategic financial insight
• Driving digital transformation and process improvement

Qualifications

• ACCA/CIMA/ACA with 5 years post qualified experience
• Confident in presenting and reporting to Senior Management team
• Evidence of prior team management and mentoring skills
• Proactive approach to AI tools and technology
• Background in construction or facilities management a bonus
