Legal Counsel

New opportunity for a junior (1-3 PQE) UK qualified Solicitor to join a growing business in the Media / Entertainment space.

This is a newly created role to support ongoing business growth and expansion into new workstream

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to the various internal departments whilst managing external partners
• Work with the General Counsel as required
• Negotiate and draft a variety of bespoke agreements
• Taking preemptive measures to avoid legal risks and conflicts

Qualifications

• UK Qualified Solicitor from Commercial Practices areas including Contracts/IP, Corporate, Property, Litigation with a demonstrable interest in the sector (media, entertainment, sport)
