The Opportunity

An established and growing national organisation is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to support its expanding education and skills provision for initially 6-8 months.

Following a period of growth and diversification, the organisation requires an individual to take ownership of quality, governance, and Ofsted readiness, ensuring all programmes meet expected regulatory standards.

This is a high-impact role, ideal for someone who thrives on embedding structure, driving improvement, and preparing services for inspection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a full review of current quality and education frameworks
  • Identify gaps in Ofsted readiness and compliance
  • Implement and embed robust quality assurance processes
  • Drive continuous improvement across adult skills delivery
  • Ensure alignment with funding and awarding body requirements
  • Support operational teams to meet inspection standards
  • Provide clear direction on what “good” looks like in practice

About You

You will bring:

  • Proven experience within adult education, training providers or FE environments
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and inspection requirements
  • Experience working with skills funding and accredited programmes
  • A track record of improving quality and inspection outcomes
