Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in North London. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and building strong client relationships, with a key focus on customer retention. The role involves understanding client needs, ensuring high-quality service delivery, liaising with internal teams to resolve customer issues, optimizing service satisfaction, managing account performance, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Hospitality Account Management, Customer Relationship Management, or Client Services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the hospitality or service industry.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft 365, Power-Bi or Tableau.
  • Relevant professional experience within a laundry setting would be advantageous.
