• Analyse current release, testing, and deployment processes to find areas for improvement
• Understand end-to-end user journey and connect gaps across build, test, and release stages
• Recommend practical, achievable improvements to enhance quality, stability, and scalability
• Lead efforts in technical due diligence and platform recovery diagnostics, ensuring long-term health of the platform

• Extensive experience with multi-component and fragmented platform architectures
• Proven ability to diagnose complex technical issues and identify root causes of stability problems
