Director of Project Delivery
We’re partnering with an established transport business entering an exciting period of growth, investment, and transformation. Following significant organisational change and recent acquisitions, the company is expanding its operations, modernising its infrastructure, and delivering a substantial programme of strategic projects across the business.
This newly created Director of Project Delivery role is a highly visible leadership position with genuine influence and ownership. We’re seeking a hands-on, entrepreneurial project leader who is equally comfortable shaping strategy, driving delivery, and engaging with senior stakeholders.
This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind governance processes – we need an individual who can roll up their sleeves, navigate complexity, and make things happen.
Working closely with the executive leadership team, Board members, investors, and external partners, you will lead a diverse portfolio of projects that are critical to the company’s future growth and operational success.
Key areas of focus include:
- Leading major infrastructure and capital investment projects
- Driving operational improvement and business transformation initiatives
- Delivering technology and systems implementations across the organisation
- Managing complex stakeholder environments, including investors, regulators, suppliers, and contractors
- Establishing robust project governance and delivery frameworks
- Building strong relationships across the business to ensure successful project outcomes
