Commercial / Business Development Lead – Office & Production Sectors

UK | Flexible base + travel

We’re looking for a commercially driven individual to support senior leadership in accelerating growth across the Office & Production sectors. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of opportunities from initial engagement through to contract close.

The Role

You’ll play a central part in driving revenue and winning new business, with responsibility for:

  • Owning the end-to-end sales and bidding process
  • Delivering new business, organic growth, and retention
  • Leading and coordinating bid activity and cross-functional teams
  • Shaping commercial proposals, pricing, and deal structures
  • Managing pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activity
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders to execute sector sales strategies

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or bid leadership
  • A proven track record of winning and converting business
  • Strong commercial awareness across revenue, margin, and risk
  • Experience in the service or private sector environment
  • Ability to lead opportunities end-to-end and work cross-functionally
  • A driven, competitive mindset with a focus on results
