The Role

As CRM Executive, you will take ownership of end-to-end email, SMS, and push notification campaigns, delivering engaging customer communications that drive performance. Working closely with marketing, design, digital, and commercial teams, you’ll be responsible for campaign planning, audience segmentation, testing, automation, and optimisation. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to the full CRM lifecycle, with plenty of opportunity to influence customer journeys and contribute to wider retention and loyalty strategies.

The Person

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM professional with around 2+ years’ experience in CRM or email marketing. You’ll have experience building and executing campaigns, analysing performance data, and using customer insights to improve engagement. Strong communication skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment are essential. Experience with CRM platforms, customer segmentation, automation, and A/B testing will help you succeed in this role.
