Position: UK-Based Legal Experts: Magic Circle Type: Contract Compensation: $130–$170/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Create, review, and simulate realistic legal scenarios including contract drafting, due diligence, regulatory analysis, client advisory, deal structuring, and dispute resolution.
• Contribute to high-quality training data for frontier AI systems.
• Understand modern law firm engagements, including Partner-led matter structures with Senior Associates, Associates, and Trainees.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency, relevance, and coverage across datasets.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Strong corporate law experience from firms like A&O Shearman, Clifford Chance, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Linklaters, and Slaughter and May.
• Understanding of Partner-led matter structures in transactional and advisory workstreams.
