Were excited to be building a brandnew Resource & Optimisation team at cardfactory and were looking for aResource Analyst who is a curious, analytical thinker, eager to question the norm and help shape how we use data to support our retail workforce planning. Based at our Support Centre in Wakefield, this is a hybrid role (23 days a week on site) that gives you the opportunity to make a real impact across our stores.
What Youll Be Doing:
This role centres on managing, analysing, and interpreting workforce data to help drive accuracy, clarity, and smart decisionmaking across our retail operations. It involves extracting and manipulating data, maintaining a high standard of accuracy, producing clear and actionable reporting, and identifying patterns or anomalies that need attention. Theres a strong focus on supporting forecasting activity, partnering with operational teams, resolving datarelated issues, and challenging existing processes to make them better. Curiosity is key asking why, digging into the detail, and spotting opportunities to improve how we work will play a big part in your success.
