Overview
Radfield Home Care is building a brand‑new care team across Northwood, Ruislip and Uxbridge. The role of Care Assistant involves supporting clients in their own homes while helping to create community connections through our local day‑care centre. No prior care experience is required – we provide all necessary training and support.
Responsibilities
• Provide compassionate care and assistance to clients in their homes.• Promote dignity, comfort and companionship for clients and their families.• Support community engagement activities at the local day‑care centre, encouraging socialisation and connection.
Qualifications
• Over 18 years of age.• Full UK driving licence and reliable vehicle access.• Right to work in the UK.• Genuine passion for helping others and a positive attitude.
