Key Responsibilities
Deliver expert spectacle dispensing to the highest professional standardsSupport the optical team in daily practice operationsOversee pre-screening, patient journey, and clinic flowEnsure compliance with GOC and industry regulationsAssist with staff training, mentoring, and performance developmentSupport commercial targets and overall store performanceWork collaboratively to maintain an efficient and patient-focused environment
