Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure all parks, green spaces, and associated facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained, while driving service excellence and commercial opportunities.**Key Responsibilities:*** Lead and manage Parks & Green Spaces teams, ensuring high-quality, compliant service delivery* Oversee operational performance, budgets (~£1m), and resource management including staff, assets, and fleet* Drive strategic planning, service improvement, and income generation in line with the Council’s Corporate Plan and Medium-Term Financial Strategy* Manage projects, procurement, and performance reporting* Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders, contractors, and the community* Champion health & safety, safeguarding, data governance, and equality, diversity & inclusion* Support digital transformation and identify efficiencies across services**About You:*** Degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field* Strong leadership and operational management experience within a similar environment* Proven experience managing budgets, driving change, and delivering service improvements* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills* Sound knowledge of health & safety and regulatory requirements* Full UK driving licence#J-18808-Ljbffr…
