Job Description:

Based in Southmead (Gloucester House) We are recruiting a full-time permanent member of staff to provide community mental health services in the South West.

We are a leading mental health charity offering housing, support and hope to thousands of people. If successful, you will work within the Recovery Bristol Partnership delivering community health services across Bristol, Avon and Wiltshire.

Responsibilities

  • Working with families, carers and friends and working in a multidisciplinary team
  • Building therapeutic relationships with service users
  • Supporting a team caseload of severe and enduring mental health needs of service users
  • Being an excellent communicator
  • Receiving management and clinical supervision, together with group reflective practice
  • Working day and night shifts to meet the needs of a 24/7 service
