About the job

We are looking for an experienced operator for back‑end groundworks on a very fast‑moving site in Great Park. You will be working on new build developments doing:

• Draining & service runs
• Footings & foundations
• Backfill & grading
• Kerb prep & finishing
• Working to levels & drawings

This is a busy site, so you need to be quick, confident, and know your job inside out.

Must‑have

• Solid experience on 9t / 8–10t excavators
• Proven background in groundworks / back‑end building works
• Can work efficiently on fast‑moving sites
• Valid PCS / NPORS 360 Excavator Ticket
• CSCS Card (Blue Skilled Worker preferred)
• Own transport / reliable way to get to Great Park site
• Hard working, reliable, and safety conscious

Pay & Details

• Pay: £20 – £23 per hour (depending on experience/tickets)
• On the books – full PAYE employment
• Hours: 8.00am – 4.00pm Mon–Thu / 8.00am – 3.00pm Fri
• Long‑term work available
• Immediate start available
