Our client, a reputable and growing company based in Swindon, is looking for an experienced Cable Assembler to join their dynamic team.

Cable Assembler Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assemble cables and wire harnesses to required specifications
• Read and interpret engineering and technical drawings
• Use a variety of hand tools including crimpers, wire strippers, and soldering irons
• Perform soldering and crimping tasks to a high standard
• Carry out quality control inspections and ensure all products meet required standards
• Operate testing equipment to ensure functionality and compliance
• Maintain production targets and adhere to customer specifications

Cable Assembler Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in electronics or cable assembly is essential
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Confident with soldering and crimping techniques
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
