We are looking for a practical, hands‑on Workshop Furniture Builder / Assembly Operative to join a growing manufacturing team in Banbury. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with tools, building products from components, and taking pride in producing high-quality finished furniture. You’ll be working in a busy workshop environment where accuracy, quality, and teamwork are key.

What you’ll be doing

• Building and assembling furniture using hand and power tools
• Working from technical drawings and production instructions
• Producing high-quality finished furniture to specification
• Carrying out basic machine operation where required
• Checking your own work to ensure high standards are met
• Keeping your workspace safe, clean, and organised

What we need from you

• Experience in furniture assembly, joinery, carpentry, or manufacturing preferred
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Able to read and follow basic technical drawings
• Good attention to detail and pride in your work
• Reliable, positive, and willing to learn
