Position:Maintenance ElectricianType:PermanentLocation:Trafford ParkSalary:£38,000: Monday – Friday 40 hours per weekWe are recruiting for a maintenance electrician to join a dedicated maintenance and engineering team within a facility in the Trafford Park area of Manchester.
Maintenance Electrician:Maintenance Electrician completing PPM and reactive maintenance within the facility and estateComplete compliance paperworkOversee sub-contractors on siteProviding hands-on and supervisory duties to:Lighting and emergency lightingCompliance checksEnsure all tasks are risk assessed through site specific or dynamic risk assessmentsMonitor the BMSContinuously review the systems and identify areas for improvement and energy reductionDiagnose faults effectively and make good whenever possible.Mechanical, HVAC and fabric where neededElectrical small worksLifecycle repairs
Requirements:Qualified Electrician (Level 3 or Part 1&2)Experience of PPM and reactive maintenance worksMultiskilled and able to complete general mechanical PPM’sExperience of RAMS, permits etc.Plant room experience18th editionClient facing
