We’re looking for a highly motivated Solar Installer to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality Solar PV installations for both commercial and residential properties.

As a hands‑on, physically demanding role, we’re seeking candidates with experience in Solar PV or Roofing. You’ll be working outdoors in all weather conditions, often at heights, so physical fitness and a readiness to tackle challenges are essential.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised work site
- Assist with unloading deliveries and moving materials
- Perform general labouring duties as required
- Work independently, showing initiative and self‑motivation
- Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively
- Be reliable and punctual, ensuring tasks are completed on time
- Stay organised and efficient in your work
- Demonstrate strong literacy and numeracy skills

While a CSCS card is desirable, we’re happy to support you in getting this certification if you don’t already have one. All you’ll need is a full driver’s licence and your own transport, as this role involves travelling to multiple sites.
Essentials
- Experience in PV Installations or Roofing
- Confident with working at heights
- CSCS card (or happy to train towards it)
- Full driver’s licence
- Able to pass an Enhanced DBS check
Your base of Operations: Office, warehouse, and beyond Our head office is in Chippenham, Wiltshire, with additional offices and warehouses in Lincoln, Ringwood (Hampshire), and Kent. For this role, we’re looking for candidates based in Lincoln, Lincolnshire. The position will involve some travel, including occasional overnight stays. Our working hours are 40 a week, Monday – Friday.
