Job Description:

Typical Responsibilities

  • Be fully competent through in-house training in the use of the Company’s computer systems to meet customer requirements and communicate accurate and valid information when conversing with both internal and external customers.
  • Represent the Company consistently and positively to customers in line with the Customer Care Requirements.
  • Maintain effective communication with both internal and external customers.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurately completed, stored and provided to appropriate personnel when required.
  • Assist project teams with technical tasks.
  • Produce project documentation in line with Company SMP’s and ensure correct use of cloud files.
  • Attend internal coordination/design meetings.
  • Issue project documents to internal/external engineers for approval.
  • Produce deliverables in line with project programs.
  • Any other duties commensurate with the role.

Qualifications

  • AutoCAD – Essential
  • Revit – Desirable

Experience

  • Working with AutoDesk Forma – Essential
  • Working with Revit – Desirable
  • Working within a building services environment – Desirable
  • Working with CDE’s – Desirable

Skills / Abilities

  • An excellent eye for detail – Essential
  • Self‑motivated with an organized approach to managing workload – Essential
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills – Essential
  • Competent using Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook – Essential
  • Ability to confidently deal with difficult and stressful situations – Essential
  • The ability to maintain accurate records – Essential
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff at varying levels throughout the company – Essential
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team – Essential
